Project Info:

Development of a Marketing Positioning Strategy and associated Collateral Materials, to aid the Owner in driving traffic to the existing, historic Louis Sullivan Bank Building located at the Old Home Bank Building in Newark, OH. The project included research into the history of the building, the development of a market positioning strategy, followed by the development of three test-fit design concepts for demonstrating potential occupancies and the graphic design work for the marketing materials. The materials are attracting potential tenants who are enamored with the building’s unique position within the historical context of great American Architecture.
