Project Info:

Development of a new strategically branded, restaurant prototype, designed to became the seed project for a national rollout program. The objective was to refresh the Fazoli’s environmental brand and drive a new generation of customers to experience an old favorite, sporting the return of the iconic Fazoli’s tower re-imaged by the Architect and a new fast-casual format elevating the customer environment to match the upscale menu. All elements of the project from store identity and signage package through material and color pallet were developed as part of the project driven by the attributes of the brand. The debut of the new environmental brand has proven to be wildly successful, dramatically increasing sales, performance and profitability.
