Adaptation of the national, Aloha Poke prototype, applying its clean, Asian / Hawaiian mashup aesthetic to existing retail and food court shell space to create the first two Franchisee sites. These projects launch the Franchisee into the new, hip culture of Poke described as the next generation of easier to eat sushi. The interior environments feature natural materials and bright, cool colors with various dining opportunities including continuous, raised counter and stool seating creating a community experience.
